I’ve been dreaming to have a watch like this, IWC Portuguese Chronograph. I know it’s impossible at this time and I don’t know if the time will come that I can already afford to have one. Well, anyway, what I want with this watch is that it is so simple and classic. It’s the type of watch that you can wear in the office, and in casual and formal occasions.

Back in summer of 2008, I have spotted this young sexy girl at Boracay, walking around along the shores. Then, nearly the same time I saw her twice at SM Megamall at two different occasions. I always follow Philippines participation to different international sports competition such as Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games), Asian Games, and Summer Olympics. The Summer Olympics is being held every four years and the next one will be held in London on 2012. I am always looking forward for this event every four years but I always ends up frustrated because ever since the Philippines joined the Olympics, the gold medal has been so elusive that we haven’t snatched even one. The closest was the silver medals of Antonio Villanueva and Mansueto “Onyok” Velasco that they got both from the Boxing event from the Tokyo Summer Olympics 1964 and Atlanta Summer Olympics 1996, respectively. Now, that the London Summer Olympics 2012 hasn’t taken place yet, the International Olympic Committee has already decided to hold the Summer Olympics 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the first South American country that will be hosting the Olympics.
